Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' overseas warehouses, so delivery takes longer than a domestic-only retailer. Estimated delivery after processing:
- Standard shipping: 7 to 15 business days
- Express shipping: 5 to 9 business days
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8 to 18 business days for Standard and 6 to 12 for Express. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you select. The exact amount is shown before you complete your order.
Tracking your order A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to show its first scan while the package moves through the carrier network. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Split shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.
Delays Delivery estimates can be affected by customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, and peak shopping periods. We'll keep you updated if we learn of a delay affecting your order.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days. If an item arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
